He has 15 years experience in the environmental laboratory industry and extensive experience in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) field studies. Dr. Bai serves as Laboratory Director, responsible for supervision of technical laboratory programs, quality control, and business administration. |

Anna Malmberg received a Master's degree in Geology and Mineralogy from the Institution of Geology and Mineralogy at Åbo Akademi University in Turku, Finland. As the Asbestos Laboratory Manager, Ms. Malmberg is responsible for supervising laboratory employees, and insuring that their work is done in a timely and ethical manner. |

Gary Swanson received a B.S. degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has 15 years of experience in the asbestos laboratory industry. As Quality Manager, Mr. Swanson is responsible for the laboratory's compliance with NIST Handbook 150, NVLAP General Procedures and Requirements, assignment of daily QC samples, resolution of analytical discrepancies, evaluation of monthly QC data, and the daily supervision of all laboratory personnel, with regards to the quality of the analyses performed. |

Lisa Ismail received a B.S. degree in Biology from Campbell University. Mrs. Ismail serves as Customer Service representative responsible for sales and marketing, as well as client service support. She assists new clients with questions, account set up, and CEI corporate materials. In addition to Customer Service, Mrs. Ismail is also an analyst in our asbestos laboratory. |
